Membership PDF-invoice and Bulk Action?

Hi

1. Anybody has solution to make pdf-invoices from user profiles? Including users’ own address, specific membership fee by role and message?

2. In our association we would like to follow paid membership fees yearly. I can add checkboxes for every year in user profile form but it’s hard to edit every user profile and check the year. Any way to do this as bulk action, many members simultaneously in WP-users list?
