admin fields visible but not functional

I can see the fields on my Subscription and Bundled products, and save data to them.

But the plugin won’t save the radial options for “Show on Product Page”, “Show on Cart & Checkout”, or “Add as Order Meta”.

I don’t even need them to visible to customers. Just want to pass these admin field values to Zapier. But Zapier can’t see them.

Any ideas?
