    I’m using the following shortcode:
    [Insta-Gallery user=”crossfitblackridge” limit=”12″ type=”gallery” gal_cols=”3″ gal_imgpopup=”true”]

    and getting the following error message:
    ERROR: your instagram account may be private OR may be unable to get results.

    The instagram account is public.

    I’ve tried disabling all the other plugins and it still didn’t work.

    Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.

    Hello! I have the same problem. My site next-life.dn.ua. Plugin is update/ Trying other plugin it still didn’t work.

    and getting the following error message:
    ERROR: unable to get results. your instagram account may be private OR other issue.

    Deprecated Shortcode: It looks like you are using OLD shortcode. Please goto Instagram Gallery plugin page and generate a new Shortcode.

    ‘Deprecated Shortcode’ this message is only visible to administrator. and it means you are using old shortcode. please update plugin to latest version and delete this(old shortcode) and re-generate new one.

    if the problem persists then try to create test page, add gallery in that page and send me link, So i can check for the problem.
