Search title variations with custom fields

say I want to search for a post with the title “How to fix my car” if I instead search in the term “can I mend my car” or “repairing automobiles” it is likely that I won’t get that post appearing in my search results.

So I want to be able to have a custom field with many different variations of the post title in it and when one searches, it should check against all the variations and then return a list of the most appropriate posts.

So the search results etc. stay the same but rather than merely searching the title or content, it also searches this custom field (or multiple fields if necessary)

Any ideas on how to go about it?
