Submitting a form gives an HTTP 500 error

    Whether it’s a text message, URL redirection or page rdirection, I get an HTTP 500 error message.

    Results are recorded though and I can see them in the backend.

    Hi Anna,

    are you able to see what the Apache Error log contains? There should be the error message which would help us a lot. Maybe you can ask your hostee for that. You just have to give him the time and the URL you had opened.

    Unfortunately, there’s nothing showing in the Metric > Errors in Cpanel and my host says my site is on shared hosting so there’s no Apache error log. Even after I gave the URL and time stamp.

    Oh thats really bad! Maybe you should change your hoster. It’s unacceptable to have no error log. In such cases I am not able to see whats happened and to help you ??
