Import from Easy Recipe (plus)

Is there a means to import recipes from Easy Recipe Plus or (better) will this plugin automatically read those recipes?

I’m about to migrate content from one site to a new one (using WP import feature – posts only) and the Easy Recipe Plus plugin is no longer available to me so I’m kind of stuck trying to figure out what will happen to my recipes upon import. Thank you! Your help is appreciated!
