Unable to open my site

    With respect to our site – www.gyanalok.com, the site just does not open for some reason and also unable to log on to admin. When I try to log on to admin, I get the error – login bounced. I really don’t know what is happening with the site which was working fine until a few days ago.

    Please help. Thank you

    It looks like you have something on your site trying to load that is not able to load. The preloader animation that can be seen is not part of WordPress so is either part of the theme or a plugin. As you are using a commercial theme, you should contact your theme’s author for support.

    I have not added anything new recently. It was working fine before. I just upgraded it to 4.7.2 and it just stopped working ever since. Please suggest.

    Our website has the same issue. No changes were made. I do run my upgrades every morning so we may have upgraded to the most current WordPress but we can no longer access our administrative end of the website. Message just reads: /?login=bounced
