    I wrote a pretty harsh review about a day ago. I did not know that these people didn’t handle support on weekends. I jumped the gun and gave them a bad review, they have replied to my problem and have fixed the problem. It was unfair of me doing this and not giving them a chance. I am giving them a 4 star rating and not a 5 star for not having some kind of auto response reply as I never received any message saying they got my support request, I checked my spam folder and every thing. I think Captcha Bank is a good product.
