    As a Pro user of the Premium Pop Plugin (paid) we have requested support as the plugin using the simple 2017 default WordPress theme isn’t working. The admin side works just fine, designing a popup but then it never is displayed upon the site loading. We have changed various options, popup choices, nothing. The plugin touts 24/7 support and we have tried 12 hours apart to submit requests for help via the plugin, the dev site, and via email. No replies yet.

    It would also cut down on issues if there was full documentation. There is no explanation on how to use the button feature for example. The site we are implementing this on would like to have both a popup and a button activated popup. The link to that just resolves to a “#” and nothing loads.
