My theme top menu disappears when Felix is activated

    I am using the:

    Corporate Version: 2.2.0 Theme By WPExplorer.

    When I activate the Felix plugin my top navigation menu disappears. As much as I know, the top menu is not a page. If it were a page would Felix detect it and show it in the “Manage Membership Levels” section?

    I found a few pages with ID’s and no page titles so I cannot access them in the page editor. I tried giving the pages full access to all security levels I created and then setting restriction on. Still the top menu does not show.

    I tried unrestricting all pages and that did not work either. The only way the top menu appears in the theme is only if I deactivate the Felix Plugin.

    Please help.
