    Hi guys,

I deactivated the plugin and it disappeared. Now I can’t reinstall it because it says it’s already there but I don’t see it in the deactivated plugins. Where should I look and what should I do?

    thanks so much

    Hi Veronica,

    thanks for choosing IntellyWP products.

Could you please send us more information about how could we reproduce this issue?

We need a screenshot, or more, with the list of all plugins.

You can also delete the plugin folder with a FTP client and install again the plugin.

Alternately, if you installed both versions (free and pro), please disable the free version and tell us what happens.

You can also open a ticket in our tech team helpdesk where we will be glad to help you, sending an email to [email protected].

I hope you can understand that, without information, it is very difficult for us to figure out how to reproduce your issue and, eventually, help you to fix it.

    Best regards

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for the reply!

I’m a bit frustrated since I can’t find it. These are the screenshots.

Can I ask you to send me the exact path to follow and how to find it if it’s somewhere? Thank you!

    Hi Veronica, thank you.

I also sent you a reply on our support forum anyway, to remove manually the plugin, you need to :

    1) Install, on your pc, a free Program like FileZilla or Cyberduck
    2) Login to the site via your FTP Program.
    3) Go to the WordPress Plugins Directory and find where the Plugin is installed, in that case /tipsfromitaly.com/wp-content/plugins/
    4) Delete the WordPress Plugin folder from your server, in that case you need to remove only the following folder /tracking-code-manager/

Please let me know if you need more help.

    Best regards

    Alex
