[Plugin: Event Calendar 3] rc4 update has broken widget but simple fix?

    Running 2.6.2 and just automatically upgraded to rc4. Upon reload it said the widget had been removed because widget.php can’t be found.

    I just put the widget code (see below) back into the sidebar and it appeared again.

  • what yyou did was ad the NON widget ec calendar to your sidebar.

    You SHOULD be able to re=enable the ec3 widget plugin in plugins and then activate the widget from maintain widgets
