Changing the title of the blog page

Hi,

I’ve set-up a hosted WordPress site and installed the Seashore theme – all going well, and in record time… but now I’m stumped.

The title of the ‘blog’ page on the main menu is ‘HOME’… how do I change that to ‘BLOG’… I’m sure that it’s dead easy, but I can’t see the option ad can’t find the answer in any documentation… I suspect that I’m searching for the wrong term.
