I’m posting my support inquiry here because getting hold of you on your site for assistance is difficult.

I bought the Pro Version of this plugin on the 4th February 2017 together with a one year support and updates subscription. Hopefully someone from your side will respond to my inquiries about this plugin.

    1. Is it possible to change the layout of fields sent to email, preferably in a table? As it is the fields are quite squeezed and hard to read.

    2. How do I validate a field to accept only numerical figures?

    Hello,

sorry about that! Our support form should be working correctly now.

    To answer your questions:

Ad. 1) Do you mean in the email template? Yes, you can. In Email tab in Email message to Administrator or Email message to User section change Select format to HTML and you can use HTML code to format the message as you wish.

Ad. 2) In Advanced options of the field you can find Validation regular expression, you can put your own regular expression there to validate the fields. By default to validate numbers you can use Phone field, it already has the approbiate regular expression for this filled in:

    /[\d\-\+() ]+/

You can of course simply copy and paste it to any other field.

    Best regards

For the second question, that is okay thanks.

For the first question, here is what I mean. This is a screen shot of the fields as they appear on email https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5xVZkUA65TIM2FBSjVESFFmZVU

I’m able to change the message from the email tab. Where do I change how the fields style as they appear on email? Because what I see on the email tab is a tag calling the fields into email. See screen shot https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5xVZkUA65TIVUF4c01BcGFRdHM

Simply replace {fields} with multiple {field_alias.label}: {field_alias.value} syntaxes. field_alias is the Alias for email template in your field advanced options. You can see the full list of possible syntaxes by clicking on Show email veriables.
