can you open tracking result in new tab?

  • Hello Dear yithemes

    i put your plugin in my footer and it works great, but after you click tracking button opens my blog and shows tracking result in my footer.
    i want to show tracking result in new tab and blog page does not open and tracking result does not show in my footer.

    can you help me please?

    do you mean you put the tracking details of the order in the footer?
    Could you share your web siteURL?

    my web site url is:

    in the website footer exist blue button that it is tracking button and is translated to “??????”
    first textbox in this section is order number for example: 3374
    and second textbox in this section is email address for example: [email protected]

    Hi Sara,
    sorry for the delay, but the custom button in your web site footer is not managed by our plugin, it could be another plugin or a custom code.
