access denied on multimediabox rotator file

    I need to change the images on the multimediabox on our home screen. We use thesis on wordpress 4.7.1 In themes design options I have found the multimediabox tab and am given an option which says click here for rotator file. when I do I get an access denied message saying I do not have permissions to access the file.

    Is this the place I need to access to change the images? and how do I get permission to do so?

    1. if you’re on 4.7.1, upgrade to 4.7.2 IMMEDIATELY.

    2. Thesis is not supported here. Please contact them at https://diythemes.com/

    3. Try logging out and deleting all cookies related to your site. That often fixes the permissions error you see.
