%QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% not working

  • Hi,

    I want the admin to receive answers by email.

    I have set up %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% in the template used for %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% in text tab and also in the emails admin Tab : %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS%

    However, when i receive the email I don’t get the answers but the same shortcode %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% instead.

    Any idea ?

    Hey,

    I forgot to mention that when I use %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% shotcode, the test won’t complete on line , the spinner loader doesn’t stop/
    Pleaseeeeee help me !!!

    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! For the %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% template on the “Text” tab, you need to use the variables listed for that option such as the %USER_ANSWER% variable.

    For example, the default template for that option is:

    %QUESTION%
    Answer Provided: %USER_ANSWER%
    Correct Answer: %CORRECT_ANSWER%
    Comments Entered: %USER_COMMENTS%

    Once you have that template customized, you can use the %QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% variable in the emails on the “Emails” tab or in the results displayed to the user after submitting the quiz/survey using the “Results Pages” tab.
