Amazing Hover Effects Pro not working on mobile

Hello I’m having trouble displaying some hover effects I have created on a mobile page. The hover effects work fine on desktop, they even work fine when I preview the page from wordpress editor, but when I go to the actual page address on a mobile device the hover effect I have created does not display.
