    Is it possible to disable the chat window for the support (ticket support) and pages of the store in woocommerce? I’ve use the wp-chat visibility configuration but it doesn’t work for this case. Another question, it is possible to enable the window only for certain level of user members?

    We can do everything, but first we need properly understand your question.

    How can we recognize “support (ticket support)”?
    Is it certain users, pages or both – users and pages?

    About your second question: I would suggest you to open support ticket at support[@}wpadm.com becouse it depends on some settings on your WordPress website.
