i can’t customize my site

  • Change your theme to default WordPress theme. If problem persist you can reinstall WordPress or you can contact for hosting support.

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    i ‘ve try both, reinstall and i’ve try to use default themes i still can’t customize?
