Scrolling Message on Check Out Page Woocoomerce

    Kindly need your advice and help my problem. I get some report from my client regarding their online shop. The customer can’t continue process to Check Out Page after fill the information required on Cart.

    System always show scrolling information and no continue to next page/process.

    Please need your help.

    I think updating your theme Divi to the latest version is the next step.

    It looks like the page is stuck calculating the shipping cost, so double check your shipping setup. Consider resaving, or even deleting and remaking your shipping zones and methods.

    Deactivate your payment plugin and check to be able to determine whether or not that’s causing the problem. If the problem still occurs, it will point towards a shipping issue.

    It could be due to a software conflict. Try deactivating other plugins and switch to the default theme. Does it work now? Reactivate one by one and check. You are trying to identify the software element that is causing the problem.

    The objective is to reduce the site to its simplest form, ensure it works, then build it back up slowly. When you know the point at which it breaks, you’ll know better where to look for a fix.
