Locked out

  • Hi. GoDaddy site wasn’t working yesterday. This is after they told me my database was too large and had to optimize. I paid someone to do that. They say that was a-ok and then I find I cannot log in to admin. They thought this had to do with my site being locked because it was too large.

    I’m locked out of my site now and images won’t load. GoDaddy cannot even reset my password – we tried changing in PHP admin.

    The screen wasn’t even giving me an error code when trying to log in. Just refreshes the form. When I try to reset under ‘Lost my password’ I get this error: “could not save password reset key to database”

    Completely locked out and of course GoDaddy says not their fault and blames WordPress. Can anyone help?
