Wrong File name shown on Upload

  • Hello Developer and Folks.

    This plugin is working fine EXCEPT; after the file is uploaded and opened on the internet, the tab shows the wrong file name, the path name shown is correct ONLY, the tab shows the wrong file name and do not show the website logo, it shows the wordpress or hosting site logo. How can I get this fixed?

    Would appreciate a response, thanks so much.
