User opt in option

I’m tying this out for a client who likes the idea of automatically adding users that checkout on the site to his marketing list. However, he wanted an option on the checkout page that the user could uncheck if they didn’t want to be automatically added to the list, so that the user would actually be opting in to the mailings.
