    Akismet set to block spam messages.

    send confirmation email enabled.

    Here’s the question. If determined that it is spam, I know the form won’t be sent to me.

    BUT – will the confirmation email still be sent to whoever filled out the form?

  • Hi, as far as I know the answer is no. The confirmation e-mail will not be sent.

    However it is very challenging to prove this since you would have to use a spam e-mail to test your question.

    I dont know offhand, but you can test it by sending viagra-test-123 as name of the sender.
