    Hi there,

It seems that after the last update of Yoast SEO (4.2) there’s a problem with the images and the padlock became orange. Went back to Yoast 4.1 and all works fine like before.

I’m not sure if theconflict comes from Yoast but after downgrade all works fine.

Can you take a look please?

    Thanks!

    George

    Hi George,

I’ve tested the update on a few sites, all of them had a functioning mixed content fixer after the update. Maybe it is a specific setting that is causing this.

Can you give me some info on the settings you use?

    Hi Rogier,

    Thanks for your quick reply.

After some more testing, I believe it’s not related to Yoast nor your plugin but perhaps something related to a cache plugin and a HTML CSS minifier plugin. Or some issue with the certificate.

The certificate is signed and verified, but when the orange padlock appears there’s no info about the certificate issuer.

It doesn’t happens in all post. Only sometimes.
    My settings are as follows:

    – Stop editing the .htaccess file (unchecked)
    – Auto replace mixed content √
    – Enable javascript redirection to ssl √

    Thanks!

It’s possible the cache or minifier plugin blocks the working of the mixed content fixer.

    Hi Rogier, you’re right.

As I’ve mentioned it only happens randomly, also, a squared symbol appears near the padlock and displays the following message: “Adobe Flash is enabled on this website”.

It has nothing to do with your plugin. I have your plugin installed on several websites without any issues.

    Using Firefox.
