Automatic Upload and Download Not working

Automatic translation of posts, pages, categories and tags are not working.
In my settings, Translation -> Settings -> Defaults, upload and downloads sets to Automatic, Default project, demo project. Update callback url, unchecked. default workflow, machine translate, which is the only option there.

Then head over to Translation -> Settings -> preferences, Download translation status same as source post.
Auto upload statuses all ticked except draft.
Disassociation, ticked
Deleting content, ticked.
Import, ticked

At Translation -> Settings -> Utility, nothing is checked there.

If I write new posts, it will have clock symbol at the default language, and X at other languages.
Am expecting the post to be uploaded to lingotek on its own and download back automatically. But if I run the translation manually, everything will went fine. But I want it to run on its own automatically.
