Error Message When using wordpress

I would guess the problem is being caused by some kind of security measure your host might have in place, and there is no one here who can fix, change or un-do anything at your installation. Maybe try looking at some of these links and talking with your host if support is available there:

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I’d recommend you contact your host, but I doubt if there’s much support at a free host. So, try setting the directories to 755 and the files to 644. And call your host, too, just in case they can help.
