Nicolas, I searched in our Support email box and you asked us about the Experience add-on back in August 2016, you did not pay for support and you were answered immediately. We referred you to a post and also let you know that you were using the Pre lease candidate of Experience and the Published Experience was available and it was not for a paid add-on but FREE updates since you already paid for them and to download it from your account.

This past week SLP core plugin was updated with a new release and it was announced that to be compatible with SLP 4.7.4 all you needed to do was update Experience .
We had explained the process to both you and your assigned associate Nina in August, we do not have any otter emails from you in our support mailbox..
The answer we received back from your associate in August was “Sweet, thanks! Didn’t realize we were using the RC. SLP seems to update fine now (:

You purchased the add-on over a year ago and have been using all the add-ons for the full time. I do not want you to misrepresent the facts. Again, we never received any emails after August 2016, please reply as to where you sent the email so we can check our system/
