Failed to send Mail Orders only in HTML format. PHP v.5.6

    Hi, I’m using lastest version of WP, Woocomerce and WPML+WCML in PHP 5.6

    I’m tryng to send any type of WC Order from Orders page or auto confirmation whith finished checkout in HTML format.
    Not working, only plain text format runs fine.

    Any idea?

    Are you getting any errors in the error log? Or how exactly is not working? Is it sent as plain text instead of html?

    No errors in log.

    -If I select html in any WC Emails Template Page, no Order’s receive, Client or Admin. No error’s displayed. Same if I force email send from Order’s page.

    -Multipart don’t work too.

    -Plain Text selected runs fine in all templates.

    WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Status page cause Server Time-out.
    Impossible to view status page.

    I tried to reproduce the same case as you reported, but currently I am unable to do so in a clean local install. I suspect that you might have either a theme, or a plugin that may not be 100% compatible and thus causing the problem.
    Could you help us reproduce the problem so that we can find where to look at?
    1. Are you using the latest versions of our plugin and WPML? if not – please update and give it one more go. Always do backup first!
    2. Are you using any other plugins? What if you disable them and then test again?
    3. Can you test if the issue persists in a minimal setup – only WooCommerce, WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual and change your theme to a default theme like TwentySeventeen?

    Thanks for your reply.

    I’m using latest versions of WCML & WPML.

    When I activate Template Debug Mode option in WC my server shows this message:

    PHP Notice: wc_get_template was called <strong>incorrectly</strong>. <code>/home/mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/loop/outofstock-flash.php</code> does not exist.     In minimal setup the error persists.

    Template debug mode here is not helping us very much. The notice that you are getting is not a problem in my opinion.
    Perhaps if you test in a minimal setup – only WooCommerce, WPML and WooCommerce Multilingual and change your theme to a default theme like TwentySeventeen we might be able to pinpoint the culprit that causes the issue better.

    I just read your last row – somehow I missed that.
    Well, then I suggest you to go to our forum at wpml.org and open a new ticket and mention this one in there so that you don’t start from the absolute beginning – so that we can help you debug the issue.
