Update to the latest Simplepie

I’m a plugin creator and a lot of RSS Feed fail sometime when title have single quote or some XML error.
For my plugin i uploaded all the latest simplepie library and it fixed most of the bad RSS FEED XML.
WE can see that Simplepie was updated only 4 years ago.
https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/tree/master/wp-includes/SimplePieI just did a Backup renaming Simplepie to Simplepie2 and updload all the official Simplepie library
And everything worked and it seem faster than the old Simplepie on WordPress.
