Side bar is misplaced

  • Hey..

    I have activated the hueman theme on my blog and there are couple of issues:
    1)The side-bar is misplaced and is bang in the middle of the content.
    2)I changed the background colour of the footer to black, worked for sometime and now its gone white ??

    Any help would be appreciated..FYI I am an alien to coding :/

  • Hi,
    1) you have a malformed (html) widget in your first sidebar, looks like the one with the image having the class bm-sh-badge. You should remove the widgets and see it it still occurs.
    2) not sure, where did you change it?

    Thanks for the reply….
    I tried removing the badge..but no joy!

    The footer area where my Site Icon is placed is white….

    Woohoo…..tried removing all the widgets…works!
    Now trying to catch the culprit..will ping in if any other issue comes up
