I am using the mega-menu plugin for my desktop version of my website. But wanted to use this responsive menu for the mobile version since the mega-menu has a lot of customizations added to it & does not display well in mobile.

I can deactivate the mega-menu from showing on the mobile but then nothing appears including your responsive menu. Any ideas on why your menu is not appearing?

    Hi there,

Unfortunately not without at least something to look at or some further context.

Please provide a URL so I can see if there is anything obvious.

In the meantime please check thay the header and footer files have the wp_head() and wp_footer() function calls and that you dont have the Use Shortcode option turned on.

    All the best

Thank you for your fast reply. I got the menu to work & purchased the pro version.

The only thing I didn’t see in the setup area was a way to change the color of the background of the arrow box. I changed it via CSS which was no problem, but wasn’t sure if I was missing something in the admin area for this.

    Hey there,

It can be changed via the Sub-Menus tab and then the various options are under the Toggle Button Background Colours section.

    You can read more below:

    Hope it helps
