Problem displaying Personality Quiz Image Label

Hey nitsano, it looks like your screenshot did not post correctly. Can you retry?

Is this happening every time you try to add an image label?

What versions of WordPress, Gravity Forms, and the add on are you using?

Finally, can you open your browser developer console while adding an image label and report any JavaScript errors that appear there?

Hi, Thanks for your response.
It doesn’t happen all the time.
after some debug, I think I got the procedure to reproduce:
1. I completely fill radio question, upload an image but do not mark the checkbox “Personality Quiz Score”
2. press update form, the radio question is without the image.
3. I reopen the question and only update the checkbox “Personality Quiz Score”.
4. press update form ,Now the question is posted with “double image”.
5. if I repeat the procedure with the same image, i will get the image 3 times…
looks like some – “is exist” on the image is missing when marking this checkbox.

If I submit the form correctly on the first time with “Personality Quiz Score” checkbox the image is ok ??
WP version 4.7.1
GF Version 2.1.2

I didnt find JavaScript errors.
