Confirmation Error

    Hi, the confirmation message and confirmation email are not including my site name for some reason. The confirmation email subject reads: “Your membership confirmation for” excluding the site name. It also lists the sender as WordPress. Not sure why that is happening either. Please find attached a pic of the confirmation page that also omits my site’s name.

    I have included my site name and admin emailing address in the email settings page of Paid Memberships Pro.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    So I’ve figured out how to fix most of the above except for the email subject. For some reason the subject line still reads like this: “You’re membership confirmation for”. It still leaves out my website name. In fact, all the emails including the ones sent to the admin leave out the website name in the subject line. There must be someone who can lend a helping hand?

    I sincerely apologize for the issue you are experiencing and the delayed response.

    For confirmation the body content is now correctly displaying with all magic tags showing the relevant data (i.e. Sitename, memberships level name etc.)

    Are you currently using the PMPro Email Templates add-on: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/free-add-ons/email-templates-admin-editor/
