Textarea field is not visible

    Hi,

    I have just installed WP Support PLUS and I have noticed that Description field, textarea is not visible.

    <textarea id=”create_ticket_body” name=”create_ticket_body” style=”visibility: hidden;”></textarea>

  • Hi @spacecash21,

    This issue may come when you have runtime JS error. This textarea should be replaced by CKEditor.
    Please find from where runtime JS error comes from and try to fix to get this working.
    If you are not having this issue, we’ll need to check this on your site. In that case, you’ll need to create the ticket on our support page.

    Thanks! Turned off the CK Editor and the problem is gone ??

    Hi – same issue with description field not displaying – but I’m a little confused.

    checking for error in Firefox I see this:

    Error: CKEditor should be loaded before CKEditor jQuery adapter.

    where is the CKEditor coming from? is it being loaded by WP Support Plus? how do you disable it?
