Registration is disabled

Hi Jeff,

I am using your wonderful plugin on multisite network. I am only using it on my primary domain.

When someone clicks on Register page, it throws the error “registration is disabled” My register page is automatically created by the plugin. All it had is a shortcode

[theme-my-login]

I have read the documentation but I cannot get it to work.
