3d showcase of building with hyprlinks

Hello all,

I′m making a website for construction company building apartments. I′ve promised to make them something like this: https://www.endover.ee/ringmaja/hinnad.html

The idea is that when you click on the corresponding apartment on the 3d model you are redirected to a page with all the informaton including blueprints of the appartment pictures etc. Also there should be the option to choose the floor on the list. How can I do this? I don′t think that it′s technically so difficult but I havent found any plugin that would be even close.

Also they would like something like this: https://www.lemminkainen.fi/asunnot/asuntohaku/muut/asunto-oy-nurmijarven-ylitilkanaukio/ (at the end of the page where you can choose the floor tiles etc)

This second element is probably a little bit easier. Basically a image slider that would have the small thumbnails represented as a different picture. When you choose a different floor for example it just changes the photo into one with the corresponding floor. There would however need to be alot of different photos considering all the different options. Or would this also be the same style as the first one?

Can any one point me to the right direction. All help would be much appreciated.
