    @theagencies – in the mean time – deactivate UM, the site will work. but in my case it is almost useless without it.

    Hi Guys,

    Are you able to provide any error logs from your servers?

    Hi,
    Thanks for responding.
    How do we do that?

    @oga23 Thanks for your thoughts. The issue here is that only the entire members section is unavailable for all members due to this error. The public area of the website works fine. We can disable the plugin, but like with you, that renders the purpose of our site pretty much useless as well.

    @champsupertramp Please specify which logs you exactly need (what they should be called and/or contain), and where we should be able to fine them.

    Thanks

    Hello,
    I like the same on my website It gives me the following error
    HTTP 500 error
    I have disabled the plugin and it works but I need that plugin. What I can do?

    [20-Jan-2017 09:51:10 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get_element_trid() on null in /home/asocialo/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/core/um-logout.php on line 38

    Hi, I also have the same Fatal error on my website. It started after the update, now I had to turn it off until you find a solution.

    Same error here, after the last update. Thank you.

    Fatal error: Call to a member function get_element_trid() on a non-object in /homepages/41/d567855122/htdocs/clickandbuilds/ARPGirona/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/core/um-logout.php on line 40

    Hi, i did this solution from another post, so it works for me now:

    I also had a problem with a site. I changed my backup version to my local version and when I remove this line

    $ Trid = $ sitepress-> get_element_trid ($ current_page_ID);

    In um-logout.php, everything looks to work.

    Hope it’s not a bad idea. I backd up the file in my pc

    I’ve the same error, now waiting for solution…

    @andreulloveras hmmm…i looked but i don’t have that line in my um-logout.php file… strange?

    Anyway, this bug and the time it’s taking to get any response to it is reason enough for me to move away from UM…we really can’t afford mess-ups like these.

    Any alternative suggestions are very welcome.

    Thanks!
