Hi @shelbelliott thanks for the info. It is a pretty good event calendar. I’m really liking it. Still have a few bugs in mine, but hope to get those worked out soon.
As far as the private calendar goes, I see what you shared and have used that for certain private events, but what I need to do is somehow make every event listed have a public view and a private view of the same data or information. Or a why to make a second level of the same event not seen by the general public.
Here is what I’m trying to do.
We are a group of photographers and writers. We posted this calendar of events for all our public, fans, show seekers etc to see what up and coming to town via concerts, live events, public appearances etc. That part is great. We can do that, what we need to do next is somehow make it so we can assign these events, shows, public appearances to each other. So we can see who, if anyone is assigned to covering these events.
Ex: U2 is coming to town. They are playing at Soldier Field on June 3rd 2017.

Everyone can see this event. It’s public. We want everyone to be able to see all that basic info. But how can we make it so it can be a “staff” or “employee” calendar? Something that would show all this info, but also have a section or highlight area that states: This show is assigned to John Doe as the Journalist and Jane Doe as the Photographer.
Is that more clear? Sorry I can’t get this in writing as clear as it is in my head. ha
Thoughts?
