Fixing my Laeve a Reply Form / Comment Form

Could someone help about my problem, I’m a newbie and I had a poor knowledge editing a wordpress theme and one of those is my comment form I don’t know if what I want to do is possible but I’ve seen other blog having a different comment form. I want my reader to comment in my blog without registering an account…

I already done others tips and tricks….
I already Uncheck the Users must be registered and logged in to comment and Anyone can register in my Setting:General
