Post Immediately, do not ignore post time/date from feed

  • IF Feed provider have wrong time settings I found that Plugin do not ignore them
    as expected but use them as scheduled publishing time, and ignore that you ticked the Post Immediately function.

    This might be to stay inside RSS code guides, but do mess up some feeds and I suggest that a additional fucking is added to ignore feed time.
