• Dears,

I couldn’t translate Player Performance data fields to other languages. For example, when I tried to translate the ‘Assists’ field from default language, English, to french in WPML plugin – it will translate to the second language and the first one will disappear or overridden. I tried every possible combinations to make the issue resolved but no luck.

    With regards,

    Hi!

    Thanks for reaching out!

Please try contacting WPML guys to see if there are any obvious steps that we could take to make it work.

    Thanks!

    Kind Regards,

@yonasmxx I’d like to make a suggestion: Try creating translations of the same Player Performance value in different languages, but with the same “key”. Since the key is auto-generated, the way to do this would be to first give each translation the same English name, save changes, then change the name. This way, the keys will be the same as the English version, and should be compatible with the way statistics are stored in SportsPress.

Thanks for your reply. I just make it as you advised me but when I try to make changes for the second language with the same key, the English version will take the second language and that is it. Whatever I do, the same result happens. The bottom line is you can not create two post type with the same key. I have tried to change the key values in the database within the posts table, but that solution will not serve permanently.
