New subscriber not added to list nor receiving signup confirmation and newslette

    When a new person registers my site through social login plugin, he/she does not receive a signup confirmation email or subsequent newsletter.

    The new user is not added to the list of subscribers.

    When I send a preview to my own email address, it arrives with no problem. I use gmail account, but it still arrives as it should.

    Mailpoet 3 used to work, but no longer. Please help.

    1. What is the Social Login plugin you are using?

    2. Does this plugin create a new WordPress user account? If not, then, MailPoet will never add this user as a subscriber to its lists.

    3. You have a problem with Gmail? If so, what is the issue?

    4. MailPoet 3 doesn’t work? What exactly doesn’t work? What page stopped working? What error are you seeing? Can you paste a screenshot?

    Thank you for the quick reply. Below are my answers to yoru questions.

    1. Super Socializer (using Social Login function)

    2.Yes.

    3. According to MailPoet website, gmail is not recommended. In my case, it worked fine.

    4. Super Socializer had a conflict with another plugin, NOT MailPoet 3. Removing it solved the problem.
