How can I automatically set order status from pending payment to on-hold?

  • Hey,

    I am looking for function which will change order status from “pending payment” to “on-hold”. I need it to be automatically. I don’t need pending payment status, I prefer on-hold and send to customer e-mail about unsuccessful payment with further instruction. Can you please help me do that?
