We set up a one day flash sale coupon code this past fall for a 20% discount on all orders where the coupon was applied. In reviewing the sales using that coupon code, our client noticed that all of the orders received a 25% discount. I believe their site was running WordPress 4.6 at the time. Here is a screenshot of the setup page showing how we input the discount amount:

The calculation error cost our client $136. We have since refunded our client that amount. Please review the attached screenshot. If we have made an error in the way we formatted the discount, let us know.

    Hi

I doubt it has anything to do with the Extended Coupon Features plugin, as the discount calculation is still done by WooCommerce. Do you have any other WooCommerce related plugins activated?

Could you please post a screenshot of the confirmation of an order that had the wrong discount amount applied?

Very strange that the only time a calculation was wrong is when this coupon was applied.

    Calculation seems right to me.

You are exactly right! The client was dividing discount by price on completed transaction, not original price. My bad for assuming client was right and not checking original item pricing. Thanks for your patience. It’s been a long week!
