Menu not updating after putting items in it

    Hello, I have been trying to put items (pages) under the Main Menu (Primary) of the website I am working on. But, everytime I hit the “Save” button, everything disappears though WordPress says the menu was updated.

    Here is the website: https://northpointph.com … still under development and uses the Vantage theme.

    Please also note that I already tried deactivating all plugins one by one and all at once, but still doesn’t fix the problem.

    Since you’ve eliminated plugins, eliminate the theme by changing to another WP heme (twentysoemthing), assign your menu to its primary/main menu, and see if the problem persists.

    Hello, thank you for your reply.

    I tried switching from Twenty Fourteen, Twenty Fifteen, and Twenty Sixteen and tried adding items in the Primary Menu in each theme, also tried logging out, but, still the problem persists.

    1) are there any errors visible in your server logs?
    2) if you open your browser’s inspector, do any errors appear in the error console?
    3) have you tried disabling all browser extension?
    4) if you switch to a different browser, does the problem go away (or at least change).

    How many menu items are there in the menu? Over 100 menu items? Sometimes server restrict maximum numbers of POST vars you can submit in PHP.

    Hello everyone, thank you for your help! I figured out it was a database issue. I fixed it already.
