doesn’t jump to success page but to main page

Hi there, I’ve installed the MailPoet Plugin on my Blog at https://www.blog.handarbeitsgeschenke.de. After putting in the mail it nevers jumps to the subscription success page (it doesn’t matter if I use the one from MailPoet or my own), but jumps back to the mainpage https://www.handarbeitsgeschenke.de
What may I do? Thanks for your help

@silvery100 there’s no subscription success page, just a message below the subscription form. Are you able to see this message? If you are not, it looks like the subscription form is not working as it should.
