list in alphabetical order by name

since I could not understand why countries where not in alphabetical order.
As Roundcape said, I found that confusing, the select should be in alphabetical order by name, I know that the order would not anymore compliant with ISO 3166 standard but the solution of Roundcape could be a “variation” of that standard. I think it could be useful to many people if you could add a new cf7 tag (for example “contriesbyname”) instead of modifying directly your core file. What do you think? thank you!
