    I’m wondering if there are actually missing WP core files. The latter is easy — download a fresh copy of WordPress from wp.org, unzip it locally, and upload over the files that are already there.

    Thanks for your response. I have re-installed WordPress. I’ll wait and see if there are more error messages.
